The rules that govern use of the eBridge Technologies website and the services we provide.
Last updated: 2026-05-14These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eBridge Technologies website at ebridge.tech and any services we provide through it ("Services"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services provided under separate contract (e.g. a signed Statement of Work for a Shopify engagement) are governed by that contract, which takes precedence over these Terms where there is conflict.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

The site and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, the design system, and the published guides — are the property of eBridge Technologies and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
Free guides you download are licensed for personal and internal use. You may share them internally and reference them in your work; you may not repackage them, resell them, or publish them as your own.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas (through a form, an email, a working session, or anywhere else), you grant eBridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback to improve the Services. We have no obligation to keep it confidential unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
The site may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. Cal.com, Loops, Google Analytics, Meta). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of any content on the site.
Nothing on the site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Information about Shopify, eCommerce, and related practices reflects our experience and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBridge Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eBridge Technologies and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the site or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
