How eBridge Technologies collects, uses, and protects personal data of visitors and clients.

1. Overview

eBridge Technologies ("eBridge", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit ebridge.tech, fill out a form, book a Shopify Store Review, or download a resource — and how we use, store, and protect it.

By using this website, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

  • Information you give us directly — name, email, brand or company name, store URL, project details, and any free-text fields you submit through our forms (Book a Shopify Store Review, Contact, Resource download).
  • Information collected automatically — pages viewed, referrer URL, device and browser information, approximate location (city-level, from IP), and how you interact with the site. This data is gathered via analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) configured to respect Consent Mode v2 and applicable opt-out signals.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, schedule a review, or deliver a resource you requested.
  • Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, resource downloads, follow-up notes) and — only with your explicit opt-in — occasional marketing emails.
  • Improve our website, measure marketing effectiveness, and understand which content is useful.
  • Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law (EU, UK, California) we surface a consent banner the first time you visit. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only for the purpose of providing the service. Typical providers include:

  • Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel).
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta).
  • Email and transactional messaging (Loops, Resend).
  • Scheduling (Cal.com).
  • Error monitoring (Sentry).

We may also disclose information when required by law, in connection with a legal claim, or to protect our rights or safety.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. EU and UK residents have similar rights under the GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address in §10. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form submissions are typically retained for 24 months; review bookings for as long as the engagement is active plus 7 years for tax/legal purposes.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information — TLS in transit, encrypted-at-rest storage, access controls, and regular review of our security posture. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you not to send sensitive information by email.

9. International data transfers

eBridge Technologies is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.

10. Contact us

Privacy questions, requests, or complaints — email privacy@ebridge.tech or use the contact form. If you are unhappy with our response, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
